In a medium bowl, mash the ripe bananas thoroughly with a fork until smooth. A few small lumps are okay.

Add the vegan protein powder and unsweetened almond milk to the mashed bananas. Stir well until a thick, uniform mixture forms. It should be scoopable and spreadable.

Pour the banana mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly into a thin layer, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.

Warm the almond butter slightly in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or until it's thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle the warm almond butter over the banana mixture in a zig-zag pattern.

Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours, or until the bark is completely firm and solid.
