Add the chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, and coriander to a food processor.

Pulse until the mixture is coarse and holds together, but not fully smooth.

Stir in the flour and a pinch of salt, then shape the mixture into 4 patties.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Fry the falafel patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and crisp.

Split the burger buns and spread each with the yogurt-tahini sauce.
